For Autura Verified Payments, adding a payment method prior to participating in an auction, will ensure you have the smoothest purchase experience possible.
We support the following payment methods: US bank account (ACH) and Credit card (+3% processing fee at checkout). We do not accept pre-paid cards of any kind.
In order to validate your payment method, Autura Marketplace will attempt to authorize a temporary charge of $50 to any card you add as a payment method.
Step 1:
Login to your Autura Marketplace account.
Step 2:
Access your profile by clicking on your “Account Name” in the upper right corner of the page. In the dropdown menu, click on “View Profile”.
Step 3:
Find the payment info section and click on “Edit Payment Info”.
Step 4:
Once you’re in the payment methods page, click on “Add Payment Method”.
Step 5:
To add bank account, select “US bank account”:
- Use “search for your bank” to quickly locate your bank institution.
- Follow the instructions to login to your bank account.
- Once logged in, save the payment method by clicking “Add”.
- Once complete your bank account will appear as a payment method on your account.

To add a bank account details (manually): This takes 1-2 business days to fully verify, and may delay your access to auctions and bidding.
- Click on "Enter bank details manually instead".
- Follow the steps and fill out all required bank details.
- Instructions will be emailed to you within 1-2 business days to finish verification.
- Once instructions are received, follow the verification link.
- On the verification page, enter the 6-digit code and micro-deposit amounts from your bank.
Click "Enter bank details manually instead" to enter your bank details.

To add a Credit Card select “Card”:
- Enter all required information and save the payment method by clicking “Add”.
- Once complete your Credit Card will appear as a payment method on your account.
- Note: Using a credit card for payment will include a 3% processing fee at checkout.

If you have multiple payment methods on file, be sure to designate which one is your preferred default payment method.
Don't forget to choose your preferred default payment method.
