Autura Marketplace requires a valid non pre-paid credit or debit card to participate in most of our online auctions. If you placed a winning bid on a vehicle and the card on file is declined, your account will be suspended.
If you believe the card was declined by your bank in error, please contact us at support@marketplace.autura.com. Your account will remain suspended until all outstanding fees are collected. You have 24 hours after an auction to remedy the failed charge prior to losing your winning bid.
