Platform Fees
Autura Marketplace charges platform fees to cover the cost for to operate and maintain our platform.
This fee is determined based on the final winning bid for a vehicle, and is calculated either by using a percentage fee. These fees can also be seen broken out on every vehicle bid card.
The standard buyer fee across most auctions is 11.5% with a maximum cap of $950. Exceptions may apply; refer to the Auction Announcements and seller details for more information.

Autura Marketplace also charges fees to cover additional costs, including:
- Key Fee – the cost incurred by a seller for making a new key for the vehicle.
- Admin Fee – the administrative cost incurred by a seller for listing the vehicle for sale.
- Credit Card Processing Fee – the processing cost for using a credit card when paying for a vehicle.
- Remediation Fee – the incremental cost for not paying for a winning vehicle in the allotted time.
- Reinstatement Fee – the cost to reinstate a banned account, to regain access to participate on the platform.
