Autura Verified Payments (AVP) is a new feature allowing buyers to pay for vehicles instantly online, including the winning bid, fees, and taxes. This feature simplifies the payment process for sellers and buyers.

How does AVP work?
- Eligibility: AVP is available to eligible buyers validated by the Autura Marketplace team. Sellers must be enrolled in the AVP program.
- Checkout: Buyers complete payment online immediately after winning the auction. These AVP vehicles are easily identified through auction summary reporting and also on the vehicle page.
- Gate Codes: A unique gate code is issued to the buyer upon successful payment for each vehicle and pickup location combination.
- Vehicle Pick-Up: Buyers present the gate code to pick up the vehicle. Sellers mark the vehicle as picked up in the system to initiate the payout process.

🔗 What funds must I collect from the buyer to complete the transaction? With AVP, Autura Marketplace takes care of everything for you regarding collecting funds from the buyer.
🔗 What is a gate code, and what do I do with it? Autura Marketplace issues a unique gate code to each buyer after payment. The buyer or transporter must provide this code to release the vehicle. As a seller, navigate to the seller tools section, click "Release Vehicles," and follow the instructions to mark the vehicle(s) as picked up. This confirms the transaction with Autura and initiates fund disbursement to your account.
🔗 What happens if the buyer never shows up to pick up their vehicle? Am I responsible for refunding their money? Autura Marketplace guarantees all valid sales through our platform. If a buyer or transporter never shows up to pick up the vehicle, don't hesitate to contact our support team, and we will work to relist it.
🔗 How will I know which vehicles are sold using AVP? After each auction, you will receive a report showing the number of vehicles sold, which are being processed via AVP, and which still need to be paid. Each vehicle listing will also indicate the amounts collected or still due, either online or at pickup.
